Refund and Cancellation Policy
How trials, subscriptions, cancellations and refunds work.
Free trial
bookyoo offers a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. You can evaluate the entire service with no risk and no commitment. No charge is made during the trial.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions (monthly or annual) are payable in advance and renew automatically at the end of each period. Payments are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.net B.V.), which acts as reseller and Merchant of Record and issues your invoice, with taxes included according to your country.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, on the Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep access until then, and no further charge is made afterwards. No cancellation penalty.
Refunds
Because a free trial lets you evaluate the service before any payment, started periods are generally non-refundable. However, in good faith, we review any request received within 14 days of a charge, in particular for billing errors, duplicate charges, or if the service was unusable due to a technical problem on our side.
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
How to request a refund
Email support@bookyoo.io with your account email address and your Paddle receipt or invoice number. We reply within 5 business days. You can also contact Paddle directly via the link on your receipt.
Your rights
This policy does not limit the rights granted to you under applicable consumer protection laws, including Québec's Consumer Protection Act and, where applicable, European Union consumer rights.
