By creating an account or using bookyoo, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you represent a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service. You can close your account at any time, free of charge.

Every new account receives 7 days of free trial with full access to the Pro plan features. No credit card required.

Current prices are shown on the pricing page. Depending on your location, they appear in CAD, USD or EUR.

Plan changes: instant, prorated. You pay the difference (upgrade) or receive a credit (downgrade).

Refunds: no refunds on monthly periods already started. For annual subscriptions, prorated refund possible for unused months within 30 days of subscription.

7. Intellectual property

bookyoo's source code, design, brand, logo and domain name remain the exclusive property of Quintin conseil numérique inc. You may not:

8. Your data belongs to you

All Customer Data (quotes, invoices, clients, etc.) you create in bookyoo remains your full and exclusive property. We have no rights over its commercial content.

bookyoo is provided “as is” and “as available”. Within the limits permitted by law:

You can close your account at any time from Settings → Subscription → Close my account. Your data remains recoverable for 90 days, then is permanently deleted. No termination fees.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and applicable federal Canadian laws. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Montréal, Québec.

If you are a consumer (not a professional) residing in the European Union, you additionally benefit from the mandatory protections of your country of residence's law (notably GDPR rights).

13. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you disagree, you can close your account before that date free of charge.
